Site is located in Hillegom, close to Amsterdam (30 km) and Utrecht (60 km) adjacent to the N208. The existing water tower dates from approx. 1950 and will be redeveloped into a multi storey building, each floor with its own function. Ground floor will be used as entrance hall, second floor and above as offices, top and upper floors will be used for receptions / entertainment, respectively panorama restaurant. The water tower is located near to the local industrial area. Reconstruction starts Q2, 2007.
