Biography: drs.ir. M.C. (Rinus) Vincentie
Mr. Vincentie has more than 20 years of real estate financing and investment experience. Mr. Vincentie held several senior positions at Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance and ING Real Estate Finance. For SAREF he acquired a residential portfolio in Paris. At ING he was responsible for client-relationships and the loan book for Germany and Central and Eastern Europe. He has ample experience in Construction Finance, Capital Markets, Structured Finance, Work-outs, Finance/Controlling, Legal and Taxes in various jurisdictions. He managed, repositioned, and sold various assets, like shopping centers and residentials in Germany and Central Europe. His international experience includes the real estate markets in Australia, the United States and Western Europe and includes in addition the logistic, office, self-storage and leisure asset classes. Mr. Vincentie is a Dutch national, holds a degree in Economics/Finance from the University of Amsterdam and he holds a degree in Civil Engineering and Hydraulics from the Wageningen University
