Site is located in the South-Eastern part of Moscow on Novoryazanskoye highway, ± 3 kilometers from the MKAD, on the Tomilino site. The logistics park is presently under construction and the first 18.000 m2 warehouse is scheduled for delivery early 2008. Upon completion, the park will provide a total of approximately 120.000 m2 of warehouse space. Construction is build-to-suit, in accordance with tenants’ specifications. Client: Investment Trust.
